Large Mystic Merlinite/Indigo Gabbro Polished Heart

This fabulous piece of indigo gabbro has great contrasting patterns of purple and black.  Also known as merlinite, this mineral is formed from cooling lava.  The purple shades are due to the presence of feldspar.
